I am a graphic designer, originally from Orlando, Florida. In late 2007 I moved to Richmond, Virginia where I work remotely for an Orlando based company.

In late 2009 early 2010 I started living a more healthy life by exercising and counting calories. I lost over 100 pounds. You can read about that here.

the BLAAAHg: Attack of the James River Sea Lamprey

So I recently saw this on our friend Affia’s facebook page and it totaly freaked me out. I had to do more research to learn about these jacked up looking parasites invading the great James River and other fresh water bodies of water.
